Because the thickness of IXPE products is generally 0.1~5mm, and most of them are thin products of 1mm, in order not to affect the quality of the products, the foaming machine generally adopts a combination of horizontal foaming machine and vertical foaming machine. The advantage is that IXPE can be naturally foamed under no resistance except its own gravity, and the obtained IXPE products are fully foamed, with fine cells and perfect appearance.

Recently, the IXPE foaming machine produced by our company, purchased by a new enterprise of IXPE foam products in Zhejiang China, was successfully tested and put into operation.
