Cross-linked Foaming Granulation Production Line
This granulation line is a supporting unit for the cross-linked foam production line (cross-linked foam production line, cross-linked polyethylene foam production line).

QZL-PE series single-screw extrusion granulation unit is mainly suitable for XPE/IXPE master batch banburying and granulation processing of XPE foaming machine line or IXPE foam machine line.
The production process of the granulation unit is:

It is composed of an internal mixer, a single screw extruder, an eccentric eager cutting machine, a cooling pellet feeding system, a vibrating pelletizer, and a temporary storage bin. The main barrel of the extruder adopts electric heating, and water cooling automatically controls the barrel temperature; the screw core can be cooled by water (oil) to control the screw temperature to prevent the master batch from decomposing or reacting during the extrusion process; the head is equipped with a test The pressure sensor of melting temperature and pressure is convenient for judging the extrusion state.
