How long is the guarantee period of the XPE foaming machines? When does it start？
The guarantee period of our XPE/IXPE foaming machine is two years, calculated the date from when it leaves the factory. During the guarantee period, we provide normal damaged spare parts for free. After the guarantee period, we only take the cost of components.
